Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
And why's that even a relevant thing to cite? Oh yeah, for some strange reason money is free speech. Still don't really understand that one. Can I give a person money to vote for me? I'm just expressing my first amendment rights...
